FLTSATCOM 3 observed flashing every 30 seconds

While observing flashing from a atlas centaur rocket, I noticed another flashing object.

It was FLTSATCOM 3 ( 11669 ). It gave a flash every 30 second, somewhere between mag 8 to 9.

One flash was at 2:05:09 UTC ( Mar 21 )

So sat around

8 h 40 m R.A
+5 deg 06 min Dec
