All below observed through my 4 ince refractor, with focal reducer. Feild size across = approx 27
    arc minutes.

I was able to observe my first gps satellite this morning. Haven't tried for the gps sat's before,
    so it was time.

Great to see a satellite, who's signal I was receiving with my gps receiver at the same time.

I observed Navstar 43 are the " 13 " that shows up on gps receiver's, ie it's PRN number.

It passed a bright star in called TYC 278 279 ( Tycho star catalog ) located at

    11h 46m R.A
    +07 deg 10 min Dec

I saw a Glonass satellite ( cosmos 2275 ) would be passing by, so I went to observe it.

I could see it faintly flashing at first, then eventually flashed brigher.

I will have to observe it with the wider feild setup, as it looks like it might be flashing to mag
7 are brighter, so detectable using that lens.

    I observed 4 geo sat's passing by a bright star ( TYC 4946 873 ) located around
