Object 90023, what I call milstar 1, was stable last night and flared up. Yet I couldn't spot milstar 6, which is weird. So I am coming more to the conclusion, that that flaring object, was milstar 6. So looks like a failure of it. At least, until someone can check up on it, and tell me I am dead wrong, which is a good thing. I can't see them turning it off, and leaving it in a 1.0027 orbit.
