ATS has a short flash period

    My favorite type of flashing geo sat, one's with short flash periods.
    
    ATS 6 ( 07318 ) flashed to Mag 7 every 20 seconds.
    
    One flash was at 1:59:10 UTC ( Mar 7 ) 
    
    Sat position at time of flash.
    
    10 h 44 min R.A
    -4 deg 45 min Dec
