While setting up the scope Mar.17 to search for USA 161 18:00 UTC, I found a mag +1 "star" in the wrong place. I then saw it moving towards head of Draco, and it was still at the same magnitude when passing 4 degrees below beta Dra some 20 seconds later, then faded. Identified later with SkyMap as #25394 98-43A RESURS O1-N4. Mar.19 at 19:00 I saw what looked like USA 129 (small irregular flashes, then a monster flash in the N, near RA 18:30 dec +65) However,it matches NOAA 13 93-50A (It almost covered Alcor) two minutes in advance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
