    While setting up the scope Mar.17 to search
    for USA 161 18:00 UTC, I found a mag +1
    "star" in the wrong place. I then saw it
    moving towards head of Draco, and it was
    still at the same magnitude when passing 4
    degrees below beta Dra some 20 seconds
    later, then faded. Identified later with
    SkyMap as #25394 98-43A RESURS O1-N4.
    Mar.19 at 19:00 I saw what looked like USA
    129 (small irregular flashes, then a monster
    flash in the N, near RA 18:30 dec +65)
    However,it matches NOAA 13  93-50A
    (It almost covered Alcor) two minutes in advance.
