    A few reports:
    
    PPAS:
    UME 1 seemed to be much more regular at this pass:
    
    76- 19 A 06-03-06 02:01:45   BY   49.4 0.1  18  2.74   Ff, mag +4->inv
    
    Not sure how to report TiPS behavior in PPAS format - surprised me and no
    good positional data - 
    
    96- 29 F 06-03-06 01:23:20   BY                        F, see note below
    Note first flare had Ralph at +4, Norton at +5 and easy in 10 x 50
    28 sec later both flared again at +5, +6 respectively. No tether seen
