Yes! I been observing the APT's ( additional propellent tank ) used on the Breeze upper stage. The are used on the proton rocket. I had made observations of there approx mag, and got a result that on a good pass, then can be seen with just the eye, and can get bright. Today at around 9:49 UTC ( Mar 30 ) I had such predicted pass:) It waa the APT from AMAZONAS geo sat launch on Aug 4, 2004. It's USSTRATCOM object 28395 ( 2004-031C ). So I went outside, and waited. And there's it was! Easy to see with the eye, under a bright hazy twilight sky. The APT passed by zeta hercules at RA 16 h 41 m declination +31 deg 36 min Didn't get a mag estimation, to busy enjoying the show:) Very happy sat observer. Go APT'S!
