Of course I meant "the other southward", i.e., northward.
Thank you to Russell Eberst for helping me remember up from
down!  (And belated congratulations to him for his gazillions
-- or at least hundreds of gathousands -- of positional 
observations!  I've managed maybe a handful of useful ones in 
nine years and find it a very challenging task to attempt.)
