    Propellant dumps are most likely to occur within hours of a launch. On the date
    of the image in question, 2005 Feb 26 UTC, MTSAT 1R (05006A) was launched on an
    H-2A rocket into a geosynchronous transfer orbit, but it does not correlate with
    said image.
