Fuel dump?

Hi all,

This has been discussed on the Meteorobs list the past days: the
photographer thinks it is a meteor, but I and several others do not think
so. Any possibillity that this is a satellite trail with fuel dump, as
suggested by one of the Meteorobs readers (Larry Wood)?
