Hi Kevin ( and the rest of the group) Thanks for your suggestion that the bright object seen on the 1st March may have been Cosmos 2341. I checked. Cosmos 2341 was in the field of view at the same time as the unknown seen so was definately not the candidate. Both were travelling the same way but at different track angles. Ive sent you a JPG image of a frame showing both objects in the field of view at the same time. Another unknown lives to survive as an unknown!
