05004C has manoeuvred higher, possibly to match the mean motion of 05004A. It
was about 0.45 s late on my first pass, and about 0.80 s late on the next one.
    Here are approximate elements:

    NOSS 3-3 (C) 0.0 0.0 0.0 4.0 v

    Arc 2005 Mar 06.07 - 06.15, WRMS residuals = 0.030 deg

This does not quite match the mean motion of 05004A, 13.39752 rev/d, but the arc
is just one rev, so timing errors have a larger effect than when spread over
    many revs.

The weather forecast is for clouds during the remaining passes tonight.
