All set up last night under clear skies last night around 1925 gmt. Using 40 mm lens/webcam combi FOV 4.5 degs. Had this idea that I would sit the camera just to the South of Regulus and wait for Rosetta to pass by , then follow it on. Between 1928 and 1945 this region became quite a junction for passing satellites and I estimated that I was seeing the starfield down to mag plus 10 / 11. Then with an over half an hour to go , in swept the wonderful UK cloud blanket . . . . . . . . story of my life :O) Looking forward to seeing Gregs pics !
