    IGS objects are already quite high in the N, but we've had first weeks of
    99% overcast,
    then a week of -15 to -23 at night, plus intermittent snow, some days up to
    eight storms
    /day with clear sky in-between. Now the temp is -10 to -3, but clouds will
    be coming.
    
    Lack of battery power for laptop and voice recorder means that these obs are
    provisional.
    Improved/checked, + USA 129 + three interlopers to be added.
