Peter, thank you for the quick post of your observations. A was about 19 s early
relative my Feb 28 elements:

NOSS 3-3 (A)     0.0  0.0  0.0  4.0 v

Arc 2005 Feb 27.14 - 28.19, WRMS residuals = 0.014 deg

C was within 0.5 s of the elset I posted earlier today.

I hope to observe one or more passes tonight.
