89062A = 20168 = TVSAT 2

Observed 040323 Max 5 period 119.0 +- 0.2s by chance
while looking for a Gorizont; 
and 040324 Max 4 period 119.12 +-0.04s

One interesting feature is that in each period there are 2
flashes 4.8s apart.

Currently visible from Europe in the evenings, on 040324 it
was invisible at 2130UT (RA 08h50m) and earlier,
flashing bright at 2221 (09 40)
barely visible at 2233 (09 53).
