    Ron, the ephemeris on this MPEC is already out of date, as the orbit has already been updated with observations
    made early today (UT). Whats more its for the center of the Earth .
    One has to generate an ephemeris for one's location because of the very large parallax.
    As  I have already said on this list
    use the MPC Ephemeris service  http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/MPEph/MPEph.html
