proton launch

    Last night a proton rocket placed the W3A satellite into orbit, as planned.

    Those are for when it was in a transfer orbit. The satellite was latter placed into geo transfer
    orbit which has an inclination of 13 degrees.
    
    W3A satellite is going to 7 degrees East longitude.
