    The sky was  marginal at best.  I missed several flashes due to fast moving  
    clouds.  Prior to Gorizont 16 I waited for Apple to flash (around 2:30 UTC)  
    but saw nothing.
    
    The flashing for this week's obs was 0.11 sec slower  than last week's obs:
    88-071 A 04-02-29 03:16:57.11JDG 711.8 0.3    7  101.69 +9.0->inv
