Even with a low elevation pass of GRACE 1 #27391 02012A and GRACE 2 #27392
02012B i saw them both flare. I didn't get a timing of GRACE 1 but at
04:57:31 +/- 3 sec 31 Mar UTC GRACE 2 flared to a mag 2 at approx Az 304 deg
El 18 deg. GRACE was leading by about 24 sec and was dimmer, est mag 3
although i was transitiong between 10x50 and 1x at the time.
