    I observed form site 5919 USA 129 at RA 08:54.4 + 22 12.5 (2000), but my
voice memo batteries failed, so I am not sure if this was 19:56:53.4 UTC
    2003-03-28 (alt. 19:55:30.0 19:54:29.0 19:54:04.4)

    Late at night I observed USA 116 at 22:20.7 +50 58 and USA 161 at 01:13.5
    +61 44,
both essentially on time, but I had left my stopwatch in readout mode, so
    no time obtained !

Within a square degree where USA 161 emerged (with a flare) from Earth
    shadow, I saw three satellites (C1943r,Meteor 1-19,C1634) 21:38:03-40

I also saw several others I couldn't ID because of lack of voice recorder
(and timing!), but one of them was SeaSat 1
