You can see the burns (sort of) in the elements below, which were extracted

orbit/ISS/SVPOST.html  Normally that URL provides elements tweaked at one
day intervals ("03070" is the 70th day of 2003).

At the bottom of http://iss-transit.sourceforge.net/technical.html I have
excerpt from that same page that shows an 11 Feb 2003 boost.
