Observations Raduga 27:
It was NOT observed continually so I am not aware of behaviour at other
times.

moved to another satellite then back to Raduga 27

observed through but timings not determined till

then stopped observing
the two times given for each flash/flashes is the time first and last
detected on the video and the 3 or 1 indicates whether 3 or 1 flash
seen.
