    It occurs to me that the reason for the cautious approach to the possibility
    of the sighting may be related to the timestamp- unfortunately the time
    stamps are not set with scientific accuracy.  I wish they were but to give
    you an idea of the problem with that one of the other cams has been around
    45 minutes fast for months- possibly since its installation- and nothing has
    been done to correct it.
