Let's go proseds:)

It appears that they will lauch the proseds satellite this month. I have 
been waiting and waiting for it to go up.

Proseds is a tethered satellite like tips, but a longer tether. It's 
attached to the second stage of the boeing delta 2 rocket that will put the 
GPS 2R-9 satellite on Mar 29.
