It appears from the latest OIG elsets that ISS has been re-boosted and
all(?) previously released elsets, including prospective elsets, are
    null and void.

Here are the latest 2 from the new orbit:
    ISS oig
    1 25544U 98067A 02065.53488189 .00053733 00000-0 65392-3 0 1530
    2 25544 51.6391 208.6623 0004424 158.7486 281.9403 15.59985729188023
    ISS oig
    1 25544U 98067A 02065.40069380 .00057559 00000-0 70000-3 0 1525

Good luck on deciding which is better.

    Cheers.

The US has used nuclear weapons only once, and for only one reason, to
save the lives of Americans. A 10-year-old could tell you the simple,
logical conclusion from that simple fact: If you don't want to be
nuked, then don't kill, or threaten to kill, Americans; or be mixed-up
in any such business. Think about the responsibilty of the American
government. In a pinch, it tends to be kinda black-and-white.
