The latest data from ROSAVIAKOSMOS (the Russian Space Agency) shows this 
schedule for March 23, 2001

Burn #1:  00:33 - 03:54  UTC  - Post Burn: 188 / 229 km

Burn #2:  02:02 - 02:25 UTC - Post Burn: 158 / 217 km

Burn #3:  05:09 - 05:32 UTC  Post  Burn  n.a. (My estimate: 83 / 209 km)

The final burn #3 starts at about 30°N, 20° E,  214 km  altitude
                and ends at about 45°N, 110°E,  189 km  altitude
