    I know there was a message on SeeSat-L about that in the early days of
    Iridium predictions, but I have searched for it without results. I read
    something like:
    
    "If the Sun's beta angle (? = latitude above the orbital plane) is less than
    (20) degrees the solar panel normals are moving in the orbit plane, as close
    to the Sun as possible.
    If the angle is (20) to (50) degrees, the panels are kept ... and
    repositioned ... ?
    If the angle is above (50) degrees, the panel normals are fixed at 90
    degrees off the orbit plane."
    
    Does anybody know where that message is? Is the author still on SeeSat-L?
