    At 20:51:45 +-20 2000-03-29 I saw a single mag -2 flash at RA 21:27 dec.+45
    +-3 deg.
    (Site 5918) while not having seen any 1x flash from Spot 3 an Ir 44 low in
    the W.
    
    The candidates above +9 mag and within +-2 min from alldat.tle 00-03-22 were
    70-025F Nimbus 4 R
    88-023A Cosmos 1934
