    Hi,
Whilst observing IKONOS-2 tonight I noticed a ca. 4.5 mag satellite which
flashed in an irregular manner, up to ca. 2- 2.5 crossing in the other
    direction (N-S)

Time was 22:18:30 BST (21:18:30 UT). I popped into the house and ran Mike
McCants Allsat.tle through SpySat 3.03 and after a bit of huffing and
puffing tentatively ID'd the culprit as 70-025CN.

However this does not seem to be ID'ed as a flasher according to BWGS. They
    do list 70-025CD as a flasher .

Both are debris from an Agena-D.
Is this a missed ID? Are -25 CD and -25CN likely to be in the same orbit??

    I'd appreciate any information.

    pj
