    Apart from a possible sighting made in the evening twilight on 1999
    December 28, this satellite hasn't been seen since the beginning of
    October.  The orbit below fits 5 new observations and the one made in
    December, and should be accurate enough to find 76-91A for a few weeks
    as eclipse exit moves south.
