    No further elsets have appeared, though SpaceCom has posted its final
    notice, revising and narrowing down its decay time to a southbound pass
    over the S Pacific at Mar 19 18:13 UTC +-7m near 19.0 S, 152.1 W. My
    analysis remains unchanged, with decay at Mar 19 18:44 +-90m as it
    tracked NE over the S Atlantic some 30 minutes beyond SpaceCom's decay
    point.

    My estimate for this decay is unchanged at Mar 23 11:06, though now with
    an uncertainty of +-15h. The latest elset is:

    SpaceCom has posted an early decay notice for this, predicting the decay
    for Mar 26 14:11 +-4d near 24.7 N, 100.5 E. I compute Mar 26 10:51
    +-1.6d. The latest elset is:
