1999-062E (#25965) SOYUZ R/B

SpaceCom's last update - prepared Mar 19, 12:54 UTC - shows the decay on
                       19 March, 18:06 UTC +/-04 hours (18.2°N, 180.3°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00079.237... - 00079.542... the decay on
                       19 March, 18:00 UTC +/- 11 minutes (36.2°N, 161.9°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific.

There is small possibility that the R/B can survives the 18.00 UTC mark.The upper
limit for the reentry is then 18:40 UTC (44.9°S, 215.5°E).
