00-013B (#26099) Proton R/B

SpaceCom's new update -prepared Mar 13, 20:20 UTC - shows the decay om
                   14 March, 02:06 UTC +/- 04 hours (0.7°S, 208.5°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00073.691... and 00073.812... the decay on
                   14 March, 01:30 UTC +/- 15 minutes (24.8°N, 58.2°E)
on an ascending pass over the Gulf of Oman /Iran ect.
