GPS 1 rkt #10801

    Clouds forcast tonight, and the moon is pretty bright too. But if conditions
    allow I might try to spot this object. Its doing 5.3 revs a day and in a
    63.9 degree inclination. Tonight the range will only be 767 km so it might
    be observable.
    
    The elements are a bit dated, but I'll check the McCants eccen.zip file this
    afternoon. Anyone know what type of rkt this is, and its size?
