1996-034F (#23887) SL-12 AUX MOTOR

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared Mar 12, 17:59 UTC - shows the decay on
                      12 March, 16:19 UTC +/- 01 minutes (24.2°N, 227.7°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific. 
MPM delivers - including the last ELSET 00072.679... - the decay on
                      12 March, 16:15 UTC +/- 11 minutes (14.5°N, 217.4°E)
in good agreement also with my preceding prediction on the same pass over 
the Pacific.
