    Hello All,

    March 12, 2000 1338 UTC

This is my final on the subject of impossible TLEs (Its too cold to
be standing on the bridge). However I will advise of such TLEs found
of primary objects in the future as I drive across the bridge.

Only elset I (OIG/GSFC has none) have record of for this NORAD #.
Also best to just forget about it with the 1997 epoch and 1965 decay
    date.

As stated, detection of 'impossible' TLEs is fully dependent on what
is your latest elset. I, and possibly others, do not have the ability
to view an elset and recognized that at least NORAD #, cospar, mean
motion and inclination are in sync to accept it. So I depend on
programs and those with better abilities to advise me. With this
in mind, permit me this swan song.

An example (2nd elset) how a published 'invalid' TLE _can_ cause
unattended (no error alerts) updating/extraction programs to make
interesting output files. The cospar is wrong, but yes in this
example the rest of the elset is correct. But what if it wasn't and
it was the latest elset your relying on tonight?

The point of the above? A thumbs up to all authors of TLE programs
    with error detection alerts!
