Season for "flaring geosats"

    Last September and October Rainer Kresken posted a 
    table of optimum dates around the autumnal equinox for 
    observing flaring geosats:

    I received an inquiry, and as I didn't remember seeing 
    a similar table for the current season, I've guessed at 
    making one.  I tried to "invert" Rainer's table for 
    last October and November.  So this is just a guess, but
    I hope it's kind of in the ballpark.  It seems that it's
    just about the right time for 30 degrees north latitude.
    Obviously since my table is a guess, corrections are 
    solicited!
