USA 32 made some quick, sharp flashes at the time I made this
measurement. There were 4, maybe 5 flashes in all.

USA 86 was steady for about a minute after I made the measurement,
then began to brighten. And brighten. I lowered my binoculars and
quickly found a +0 dot moving nearly overhead. It slowly faded to about
+3.5, then stayed there for about a minute then faded from sight (dimmer
    than +4).

Actually saw two other satellites with the binoculars while I was
waiting for the USA sats. The other two I identified as Meteor 1-13
    (#6256) and Globalstar 50 (#25908).
