There were 4, maybe 5 flashes in all. 22251 92 083A 8929 G 20000305021358500 57 70 0656086-170586 17 S+045 05 USA 86 was steady for about a minute after I made the measurement, then began to brighten. And brighten. I lowered my binoculars and quickly found a +0 dot moving nearly overhead. It slowly faded to about +3.5, then stayed there for about a minute then faded from sight (dimmer than +4). Actually saw two other satellites with the binoculars while I was waiting for the USA sats. The other two I identified as Meteor 1-13 (#6256) and Globalstar 50 (#25908).
