Thanks to David Brierley & Mike McCants for pointing out a serious
error in my February observations. All satellites launched this
year have a prefixed "1". I will correct the program today.
Either (a) Delete the initial "1" and insert an extra space in
           the gap at column 27,
Or     (b) email me and I will return a corrected file. DB MM TM
            BG and GL will get it anyway.
