I have updated my Decay watch page at
           http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
    with my final analysis of the decay of #25947 = 99- 58 E = Globalstar 31
Soyuz rocket. In fact, as Harro Zimmer has reported, OIG's feed of
elsets and SpaceCom decay warnings failed prior to this decay and, to
date, at least three of the final four elsets for this are missing and
none of SpaceCom's warnings have appeared since that issued about 12
hours before reentry. The final elset...

    Globlstar 31 r 6.0 3.0 0.0 4.5 d 19 164 x 136 km
    1 25947U 99058E 00064.10583225 .17870647 12299-4 29234-3 0 2593
    2 25947 51.9038 289.4557 0021913 222.6180 137.4788 16.45951906 21245

shows it running very close to my final prediction, being only 2.3
seconds early after eight hours. A new analysis, however, suggests a
    slightly later decay at Mar 4 05:37 UTC +-45m near 32.6 N, 72.0 E. This
places it northbound over NE Pakistan though is possible that it
survived to decay while southbound over the Pacific. If so, I note that
there was a pass just to the W of the main Hawaiian Is at 06:04 UTC.
