WIRE Elsets + Visibility

These elsets from OIG would suggest visible passes this evening for the USA:

For the Baltimore-Washington area that translates into all 3 objects passing
just below beta-Gemini (100az, 60 el) on or about 18:47 EST (23:47 UTC). 
Their predicted magnitudes are in the +4.5 area for all three objects.    I'm
taking the magnitude predictions, at least for objects B and C, with some
skepticism.  
I don't usually think of Pegasus-launched payloads as being binolcuar objects.

Any observations yet?   Any educated guesses on visibility?
