No -- you had it right the first time.  Pacific Standard Time is UTC - 8.
It is
Pacific Daylight Time that it UTC - 7.  MST is UTC - 7; CST is UTC - 6 and
EST is UTC - 5.

Thanks for the .TRJ file -- too bad they had the problem with the
rudder pin; the atmosphere was absolutely clear, with terrific views
of Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn and the moon.  Weather for
Wednesday does not look as promising... --Rob
