1999-010C (25644) SL-12 Platform
In its final report SpaceCom announced the decay at
                    Feb 28, 21:41 UTC +/- 40 minutes (31.4N, 129.7E)
MPM shows with the last three ELSETs - 99059.771... to 99.831 - again
a little earlier decay on the same pass:
                    Feb 28, 21:25 UTC +/- 22 minutes (0.14N, 103.5E)
This on a northbound pass over NE Sumatra - Singapore. The SpaceCom reentry 
point is near the japanese coast in the direction of Kagoshima.

SpaceCom has shifted its first estimate to an earlier decay - prepared 
Mar 01, 03:01 UTC -  at
                   Mar 02, 18:53 UTC +/- 01 day  (07.3N,  135.4E)
MPM shows with the morning (UTC) ELSET 99060.077... also a significant evidence
for an an earlier time:
                   Mar 02,  17:24 UTC +/- 05 hours
