I observed USA 129 - it was about -1 high in the south, until
zenith, the it faded rapidly. I got one good fix, and adjusted
RAAN and ndot2/B* for about 0.1 degree/0.1 second match.
19:23:14.3 RA 09h 22m 00m decl.+51d 52m (1950)

I did not find USA 86 #22251 - the sky was hazy, and no flash seen.

At 22:06:23.3 UT, RA 20h 43m, decl.+61.00, surprisingly close to
yesterdays elset, I found what could be USA 116, but very faint.
I lost it temporarily, but found it near RA 22h 34m, decl.+56.3
before it disappeared. No object in alldat.tle matches both points.
