SatEvo decay list #27 (issued 1997 March 20)

Here are more SatEvo decay analyses and predictions. Note that the
"Actual?" decay dates are estimates based on the final available
elements. Pegasus debris are included only if I predict their decay
by April 30; other objects are included to May 31.

Notes:

1. Revision from previous list after receipt of posthumous elsets.

2. No recent elsets.

3. The perigee of #24503 has fallen to 110 km, down some 15 km
during the past month. The decay date is uncertain.

4. #24666, another Centaur rocket, also has a low perigee and an
uncertain decay date. Elsets during the past ten days show perigee
between 88 and 122 km.
