At latitude 50N one should look for Seasat. Lacrosse2 and UARS. I have seen
all of these (34.5N) at mag ~3 at one time or another.  At my latitude, HST
and GRO, at times, are almost as bright.

For Ed Cannon, I don't know why ESES does not include UARS on the list. I saw
UARS the past two nights NW to NE at 3.7 to 4.4.
