Congratulations on your good work ! You have also shown that most of
the US and southern Europe can see it today, and southern US might be
able to follow it to the orbit before decay, if it survives midnight
Sun-Mon UT.
This modified OIG elset fits both your observations within a second,
which is not very surprising since the epoch is between your times.
The ndot is not much more than a guess - I hope I, Mike or Alan will
improve it during the day.
