Here my 1st report of 96- 72 A positions and
brightness estimates:

20h 05m 26.1s 15h 17m 00s +72g 10' +4.5
21h 42m 02.4s 03h 13m 40s +39g 10' +7.8
21h 42m 13.7s 03h 05m 20s +40g 35' +7.8
The bright flash lasted for about 2 seconds.
The star atlas Epoch is 2000.0 (Uranometria 2000)
I observed with 7 x 50 binoculars.
How can this satellite been kept secret?! ;-)
