After *four* weeks of bad weather, finally an evening to do some
observations! :-) Among them the following exact measurements:

                      time (UTC) (altitude) (azimut)
21147 Lacrosse 2 (18:15:54 1s) (27.1 0.1) (187.9 0.1)
21147 Lacrosse 2 (18:17:10 1s) (55.0 0.1) (128.0 0.1)
23405 Cosmos 2297 Rk (19:00:48 1s) (55.5 0.3) (313.5 0.3)
23405 Cosmos 2297 Rk (19:04:11 1s) (41.1 0.1) (161.6 0.1)
23705 Cosmos 2322 Rk (19:56:17 2s) (59.1 0.1) (197.9 0.2)
21147 Lacrosse 2 (20:01:24 1s) (17.7 0.1) ( 22.2 0.1)
                                ^^ ^^^ ^^^ error margins

Especially the two Lacrosse 2 passes show a pretty consistent difference
to the predictions made with the cs970227 file. The last measurement was
done as the satellite exactly covered the star "Nu 1 Dra" (? that's how
SkyGlobe calls it).

I'd like to get a short notice from the people who are using this data so
I may email new observations directly.
